Pilates for Runners

In my UK physio clinic I see lots of runners! This vast experience I have working with runners has allowed me to create specific Pilates for runners workouts. Running enthusiasts all tend to have very similar muscle imbalances, mainly around the pelvis and hips. These imbalances can lead to pains in the back, hips, knees and feet, which is why I have developed this specialist Pilates for runners online exercise course.

These workouts have been designed with the runner in mind. Specifically targeting the muscles I so frequently see as problem areas for runners. Doing these workouts will improve your running performance and knock time off your PBs. Also included in my Pilates for runners series are specific stretches to target those tight areas commonly associated with runners. I have developed many Pilates courses for sports, including the Pilates for golf course.

I myself run, I don't run marathons but I regularly run 5-10ks. Applying my physiotherapy experience (which spans over 17 years) with my own running experience, I have been able to create a series of Pilates videos that suit any runner.
